The CCAHD’s fundraising and conservation work is guided by our 5-year Strategic Plan and our Due Diligence Policy. The latter requires us to ensure that all donations we receive are funds that have been obtained legally, and that we are not inadvertently contributing to tax evasion, money laundering or terrorism. This prevents us from being able to accept anonymous donations and requires us to collect some basic information about our donors. As a Foundation based in the Netherlands, we are also obligated to comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As such, although we need to keep your details on record as part of our financial transparency, it will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties without your knowledge.
If you would like to proceed with a donation, please tick this box to indicate that you have read and understood these terms, that the funds that the funds you are donating originate from a source that is entirely legal and in keeping with EU Financial laws and regulations, and that you accept the conditions that require us to collect data on our donors.
